Donald Trump knows Mike Pence is Spainhis ticket to not getting impeached.
At least, that was one of the best jokes of this week's Saturday Night Livecold open, which found Donald Trump (Alec Baldwin, back after being MIA last week) taking meetings about cabinet appointments and just being generally overwhelmed at the process of, you know, being president.

Kate McKinnon's dead-eyed Kellyanne Conway was back in action as well. When Trump noted he couldn't have gotten to the White House without her, she replied, heavily, "I think about that every day."
Other returning characters included Jason Sudeikis' Mitt Romney (the former SNLcast member portrayed Romney throughout the 2012 campaign).
Romney reportedly met with Trump this week about a cabinet position. In SNL's re-telling, the two have a longggggextended handshake before realizing, yup, this isn't going anywhere and these two men have absolutely nothing in common.

And, of course, SNLcouldn't not mention Twitter's biggest story of the last day: Mike Pence was booed at HamiltonFriday night. "I was treated to a free lecture," Pence (Beck Bennett) cracked about the experience.
"I love you, Mike," Trump replied. "You're the reason I'm never going to get impeached."
